Article 1 Purpose
These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using Grey Social Club (grey.iaiu.net, the "Service"), operated by IAI (Representative: Kim Changmyoung, Business Registration No. 213-08-81338, Mail-Order Business Report No. 2025-Seongnam Bundang-B-0377) (the "Company"), and the rights and obligations of the Company and its members.
Article 2 The Service
The Service provides the sale of music production classes (video courses), such as Sampler, and of textbooks; the posting and sharing of beats and samples made by members; and a messaging feature between members.
As the seller of classes and textbooks, the Company is responsible for performance of the contract, withdrawal of purchases and refunds, and dispute handling. Course content is created by instructors and sold by the Company.
Article 3 Sign-up and Accounts
Anyone aged 14 or older may sign up with an email address or a Google account. Persons under 14 cannot sign up.
If you sign up with email, your account is activated only after you click the link in the confirmation email.
An account may be used only by its owner. One enrollment may be registered on up to 3 of your own devices, and plays on only one device at a time. You can remove a registered device under Settings → My devices (up to 2 times per month). If the Company determines that an account is being shared by several people, it may restrict use.
Members may withdraw (close their account) at any time. On withdrawal, personal information is destroyed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and only the transaction records that the law requires to be kept are retained, for the prescribed period.
When withdrawing, the member chooses between "Delete" (default) and "Keep" for the beats and samples they uploaded. If "Delete" is chosen, they are taken down from public view immediately upon withdrawal and deleted 30 days later. If "Keep" is chosen, they remain public, the author is displayed only as "Withdrawn member", and the beats and samples remain without author information. Details follow Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.
Article 4 Purchasing Classes and Textbooks
Classes are purchased by bank transfer (deposit into the Company's bank account). If you deposit into the account shown at checkout within the deadline, access opens once the deposit is confirmed. Orders for which no deposit is confirmed within the deadline are cancelled.
Access period: you can watch for 30 days from the date your deposit is confirmed. The period is counted from the time payment is confirmed and access opens.
When the period ends, the class videos no longer open. Beats and samples you have already posted, and posts and inquiries you have left, remain as they are.
If you want to watch again after the 30 days have passed, you can simply enroll in the same class again.
These conditions do not apply to enrollments purchased before the access period was set; the conditions announced at the time of purchase remain in force.
Textbooks (PDF and explanatory videos) are also purchased by bank transfer. Once the deposit is confirmed you can view them immediately and, unlike classes, there is no time limit on viewing.
Explanatory videos may continue to be added to a textbook. When a new video is added, members who have already purchased the textbook can watch it as well.
For withdrawal of purchase and refunds for classes, Sections 1 to 3 of the "Withdrawal and Refund Policy" apply; for refunds of textbooks, Section 4 of the Withdrawal and Refund Policy applies.
Article 5 Scope of Use of Videos
Class videos may be used only by the member who purchased them, for personal viewing. Recording, copying, distributing, and sharing are prohibited.
Videos carry a mark (watermark) that identifies the member who is watching. If unauthorized leakage is confirmed, the Company may restrict use and take legal action.
A textbook (PDF) may be used only by the member who purchased it. Redistribution and resale are prohibited, and the mark (watermark) placed on each PDF page allows the source of a leak to be traced. If unauthorized leakage is confirmed, the Company may restrict use and take legal action.
Article 6 What Members Upload (Beats, Samples, Posts)
Rights in the beats, samples, and posts a member uploads belong to the member who uploaded them. The member permits the Company to use them to the extent necessary to display and play them within the Service.
Samples carry usage terms chosen by the member who uploaded them. Other members may use a sample only within those terms.
"Free to use" means the sample may be used freely, including for commercial purposes (releasing or selling recordings).
"Free to use · Credit required" means the sample may be used freely, but the name of the original sample must be credited in the description of your track.
"Ask before use" means the sample may be used only after obtaining the permission of the member who uploaded it.
You must not upload another person's work without the right to do so. When uploading beats and samples, you must confirm that you made or recorded them yourself and that they contain no one else's recordings.
When a report of rights infringement is received, the Company temporarily hides the post, and the member who uploaded it may respond with an explanation. The reporting method and procedure are described on the Copyright Infringement Report page.
A member for whom rights infringement has been confirmed three times may be restricted from using the Service.
Article 7 Prohibited Conduct
The following are prohibited: using another person's information without authorization, sharing or selling accounts, copying or distributing videos without authorization, interfering with the operation of the Service, harassing other members, and posting content that violates the law.
If you violate these Terms, the Company may hide your posts or restrict your use of the Service. Before imposing a restriction, the Company will notify you of the reason and give you an opportunity to respond (except in urgent cases).
Article 8 Responsibility of the Company
The Company strives to provide the Service reliably. The Company is not liable for damage caused by reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or telecommunications failures.
If a member suffers damage due to the Company's intentional act or negligence, the Company will compensate the member in accordance with applicable law.
Article 9 Dispute Resolution
Inquiries and complaints are received at hello@grey.iaiu.net.
Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court is determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 10 Changes to the Terms
If the Terms are changed, notice is posted on the Service screen from 7 days before the change takes effect (30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to members).
These Terms apply from October 1, 2026.
